At Salar Official, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items not eligible for return:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the order

⚠️ Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
